As a love and wellness coach Nazee is passionate about encouraging people to appreciate their lives and their bodies. She believes for improving self love one of the first steps is to take care of your body which is your only true possession in your whole life. She is very enthusiastic to teach women how to take care of their body with working out on their muscles and pay more attention to what they eat. She also sometimes arranges wellness bootcamps to create a team working and more encouragement and accountabilities to help women reach their wellness and health goals.
She combines her coaching skills with her personal training so you not only have a personal trainer who cares about teaching you how to create a healthier body and life style but also a coach who cares about your whole being and all aspects in your life.
