Wherever in the world you can join our club. We start walking at 8:15 a.m. in Cheam Leisure Centre in Chilliwack every Tuesday and Friday , and we end by doing some stretches at 9:15.
If you are in Chilliwack, we invite you to join us and make new friends and have fun while doing a refreshing exercise. If you are not living in Chilliwack, you can simply join us by choosing two days in a week to walk for at least one hour each day and then share your walk experience in the comment box of our walking blog. Please remember every change is starting from us. If we start to change we will be able to change the world. And if we make walking a habit and invite our friends to do so, gradually we will change our society to a healthier one.
